I'll download when it's leaked: I can't wait after all these years. When the CD is out I'll buy it anyway to keep my collection complete; I'm sure it's gonna be great!

There will probably be! If you look at Gateways, there was like eight 7string songs and one (Ageless) 6-string, so if this thing with the variation between the records still holds, we have some really good odds

I will definatly NOT download it, it's such a special thing to go down to the local recordstore and buy it, analysing the hell out of the cover and the booklet, get home with it and pop it in.

I think I am not going to download the album and if only I can so I dont listen to any song in advance. But this will be hard becouse i cant wait.

I think there´s at least good album coming and I hope it blows my mind

Anyway it´s interesting to hear David´s vocals, because in live videos he really is in flames.

Does anyone know is Pete out or is he on the side until he is healthy? I really hope that he is coming back.

It should be noted that the only time I downloaded a Morbid Angel leak (Gateways) only served to make me lust after the CD even more.

I have no intention of downloading it! The GODS deserve no less than the actual CD. Alas, I don't think any stores that carry CDs in my town will stock it, so I will have to order it.

I'm pretty sure I have to order it too, but it doesn´t matter I will still get it same day when they release it here in Europe, becouse I will order it in advance.

Norrköping. Vi har inga skivbutiker tillägnat metal. Vi har några skivbutiker men de hade inte en ända MA skiva.

I wouldn't be supprised if the album would not be able to be pre-ordered from cdon. The new Iron Maiden is still not there and even if these two bands are not in the same sales volume it kinda already kills the hope for MA to be pre-ordered there.

You need to check out Finnish Record Shop X, http://www.recordshopx.com/ , The new MA album will be there for pre-order as soon as possible. The "genre range" in that shop is also quite big so there is a lot of other extreme metal bands too with decent prices. I think they still ship outside Finland.

I know from a very good source that there will be a documentary on the new album. like a dvd to acompany the cd, or an afterwards dvd. Don't know much more, except that. and it sounds interesting.

Nonono! Why put a recording on a dvd which everyone already has seen?

They should put out several gigs throughout the years with multi-angle features to switch view between any bandmember at any time

I wonder if Erik has talked Trey into a new amp rig? A lot of people have switched from Marshall to Engl--they are far tighter, crunchier, and ballsier than Marshall. I think several bands Erik has worked with use them.

I would not count on it....

Although what you say about the engl might be true (i don't agree), Treys guitar tone was always so different from all other DM bands. It helped define them. Granted Heretic was

tone wise but B, C and F were awesome (to me at least). And Trey alway liked a crunchy tone not Uber distorted.

Personally i think Engl amps are to anonymous. They lack character compared to other more uniquely voiced amps. Like with a lot of modern high gain amps. The only Engl i like is a older and smaller Screamer head. There is still tone in there instead of only low-end and distortion.

Erik has the ability to make the people whom he records shine. I'm sure he'll get the best out of Trey's trusty JCM's. (He told me thinks those are still great amps)
