I can't tell if that's real or not. Why are the cars still moving in the next lane? It also seems like the chunks are still airborne, and thus the picture was taken as the truck ran over him. Which I call bullshit on, by the way.

I doubt they're airborne, it's more likely that those chunks are spread across the road. If that's the case, how did it happen when there's a stain on the other side of the body which I assume was caused by the body being dragged?
